My story
I spent ten years advising clients on projects across New Zealand: sitting on their side of the table, managing the people doing the work, and protecting their interests. In 2022 I discovered AI, and I have used it extensively every day since, building and running my own businesses on it. Provan is me providing my advisory services in this space.
Provan exists for a simple reason. AI is now cheap enough for any local business, and everyone selling it has something to gain from what they recommend. Most owners do not have the time to work out what is actually worth doing, or who to trust. That is the job: an independent look at your business, a clear plan with named tools and real costs, and someone in your corner who is not selling the thing being recommended.

I test everything on my own money before I bring it to a client. Six ventures of my own run on AI I set up myself, and two of them earn real revenue today.

How Provan works
The offer is simple. The call is free. The plan is what you pay for. We talk for thirty minutes about your business, and if a plan is worth doing, I quote a fixed fee before anything starts. The plan tells you exactly what to turn on, in what order, with named tools and real monthly costs, how to bring your staff along, and the guardrails that keep you safe.
I do not do the building, and that is deliberate. You can run the plan yourself, keep me on call for advice as you go, or have me oversee the people doing the build, sitting on your side of the table the way a client-side project manager does. Because I do not sell software or builds, the recommendations only ever serve you.
Why the honesty matters
The AI space is full of inflated claims and numbers nobody can back up. Provan goes the other way. Every statistic on this site comes from a named, credible source, checked before it goes live. You will not find client case studies here until I have a client result to show, because I will not imply proof I do not have.
